3x :10 Eccentric Squat

Build up to first lifting weight.

Front Squat (*Do a set every 1 minute and 30 seconds.

1 Front Squat @ 80% 1 RM Front Squat
1 Front Squat @ 85% 1 RM Front Squat
1 Front Squat @ 88% 1 RM Front Squat

*Note: This is only 3 sets so try to make each rep as perfect as possible with the higher perc)
