We offer CrossFit Classes, Personal Training, Foundations (new to CrossFit) Classes, CrossFit Kids Classes, FREE Saturday Classes, and Open Gym Sessions.

CrossFit Classes

Foundations

4 personal training sessions that teach the basics of CrossFit to get you ready to be in the regular CrossFit classes. These classes are by appointment only.

CrossFit Kids

Pre-K (ages 3–5)
Thursdays
4:00–4:20 pm

Primary (ages 5–8/9)
Tuesdays
3:30-4:15 pm

Tween ages 9–12
Tuesday/Thursday
4:30–5:30pm

Teens (ages 13–16)
Tuesday/Thursday/Friday
5:30–6:30pm

Open Gym

Every Saturday
9:30–11:30am

Open to experienced CrossFitters.

Drop-ins are welcome!
