We offer CrossFit Classes, Personal Training, Foundations (new to CrossFit) Classes FREE Saturday Classes, and Open Gym Sessions.

All fitness levels are welcome!

10:30am – 11:30am OPEN Gym for unlimited Memberships Athletes – Drop in Fee of $20 for non members.

Foundations

4 personal training sessions that teach the basics of CrossFit to get you ready to be in the regular CrossFit classes. These classes are by appointment only.
