Set 5- 1 reps @90% Split Jerk

*50 ft Sand Bag Carry (100/70) after each movements
Perform 20 Cals and then walk down the gym with the sand bag 50 ft, then perform 20 sit ups and come back with the sand bag to the bike for another 50 ft. Sand Bag can be carry any way preferred.
