For the next two weeks, we’re switching things up and keeping it fun with games-style workouts and creative programming. Expect teamwork, competition, and high-energy sessions before we jump into our new training cycle starting April.

10 KB Deadlifts

10 Air Squats

Core Work (Checkmark)

100 Wall Ball Partner Sit ups.

(At the top of each rep pass the ball to your partner)

“Triple Threat” (3 Rounds for reps)

In a 10 minute window find a 1RM

Power Snatch

Rest 2 min

In a 8 minute window find a 1RM

Power Clean

Rest 2 min

In a 6 minute window find a 1RM

Deadlift

Stop when posture is compromise, is not a life time PR. Just a heavy single for the day.
