15 Seconds of Jumping Air Squats

Back Squat (3 Rounds for reps)

Every 2:00 minutes for 3 sets:

10 Back Squats @ 60+%

METCON (AMRAP – Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

15 Cal Row
10 Toes to Bar
5 Deadlifts (185/125lbs)

Goal = 6+ rounds.

Rx+: 225/155 lbs
