10 Kettlebell deadlifts

Power Snatch (10 Rounds for reps)

Every 1:30 for 10 sets:

5 Power Snatches @50-60%

METCON (3 Rounds for reps)

For Times:

20 Wall balls (20/14) lbs

15 Box Jump Overs

10 Hang Power Cleans (135/95) lbs

Rest 2 min between rounds

Push pace but NEVER redline.
