10 Lunges

Back Squats (8 Rounds for reps)

Ever 1:30 minutes for 8 sets:

2 reps @90%

Then,

1 set of 5 reps @80%

Accessory Work (Checkmark)

Every minute for 8 minutes:

minute 1- 12 GHD’s

minute 2- 12 Reverse Snow Angels

METCON (AMRAP – Reps)

OPEN TEST PIECE

AMRAP 12:

10 thrusters (75/55)

10 toes-to-bar

10 power cleans (135/95)

10 bar-facing burpees

Treat it as if it was the OPEN!
