Warm Up
Press (2 Rounds for reps)
Every 2 minutes for 8 minutes perform one set of press + 10 Heavy double kettlebell walking lunges:
*Set 1 – 3 reps @ 75-80%
*Set 2 – 2-3 reps @ 80-85%
*Set 3 – 2 reps @ 85-90%
*Set 4 – 1-2 reps @ 90-95%
Then, perform every 2 min for 4 minutes:
*Set 5 – Max reps @ 75%
*Set 6 – Max reps @ 70%
Accessory Work (Checkmark)
Every 1:30 minutes for 13:30 minutes (3 sets):
-15 Banded Face Pulls
