HAPPY HALLOWEEN (3 Rounds for reps)

In Teams of two perform the following for max reps:

Every 2 minutes for 30 minutes (3 sets of 1:30 on / :30 off):

Station 1: Tire Flips
Station 2: Hand over hand sled pull ( 25 ft sections)(3/2 45 lb plates)
Station 3: DB Bench press (50/35)
Station 4: Sand Bag Cleans (100/70)
Station 5: Calories on Echo Bike

*Partners can alternate however they want, but only one athlete works at a time.

Rx+: Use 70/50 lbs Dumbbells and 150/100 Sand bags
