Perform one set every minute for four sets:
*Set 1 – 3 reps @ 67-72%
*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 72-77%
*Set 3 – 2 reps @ 77-82%
*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 77-82%
Rest 1 minute
Perform one set every two minutes for two sets:
*Set 5 – Max reps @ 60-65%
*Set 6 – Max reps @ 55-60%
*For the max reps sets do not exceed 90 seconds.
