Anakin (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Strength Warm up

Burgener Warm up Snatch (3-5 reps at each position)

Skill Transfer Exercises Snatch (3-5 reps at each position)

3x High Hang Snatch + 3x Hang Snatch + 3x Snatch

3 Position Snatch (Ground, Above The Knee, Mid Thigh) (Weight)

*Do a set every 2 minutes.

Cool Down

3-5 minutes of easy cardio (this can be walk, a slow row, machine ride, etc.)
