Every 1:30 minutes perform one set of:

Set 1- 5 Reps @50%

Set 2- 4 Reps @60%

Set 3- 3 Reps @70%

Set 4- 2 Resp @80%

Set 5- 1 Rep @90%

Set 6- 2 Resp @80%

Set 7- 3 Reps @70%

Set 8- 4 Reps @60%

Set 9- 5 Reps @50%
