Isaac brings a deep understanding of strength, conditioning, and performance, and his custom programming will ensure our workouts continue to challenge, inspire, and grow every athlete in the gym.

Station 1: 200m Run
Station 2: 30 Seconds Max Dumbbell Push Press (50/35lbs)
Station 3: 30 Seconds of Max Lateral Burpees Over the Dumbbells

*Dumbbell weight needs to be something you could hold on to for the full 30 seconds.
