📢     New Programming at CrossFit Mt. Juliet!

Starting Monday, September 8th, we’re excited to announce that Isaac Farías will begin leading our in-house programming—tailored specifically to the needs of our CFMJ community!

Isaac brings a deep understanding of strength, conditioning, and performance, and his custom programming will ensure our workouts continue to challenge, inspire, and grow every athlete in the gym.

Warm up

Three sets of:
10 Good mornings
10 Air Squats
30 Sec Row

Deadlift (
Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets of):

3 Deadlifts @60% + 6 Strict Pull ups
)

*Scaled Strict for Negative or Banded Pull ups

PARTNER WOD (Time)

For Time:

Each athlete completes

500-400-300-200-100 m Row

in a relay style format.

(Athlete waiting does Sand Bag Hold 100/70 lbs)

*After each set both athletes perform 10 Synchro T2B or Knee raises and 10 Synchro Box Jump Overs

Rx+ 150/100 lbs

Scaled 70/50 lbs

Time Cap: 25 min

*Both athletes row all sets

*If an athlete drops the Sand bag, athlete rowing must stop until Sand bag is off the ground again.
