Warm-up

2 Sets
1:00 Echo OR Assault Bike (moderate)
5 Dynamic Squat Stretch (each arm)
10 Ring Kip to Swing
:10 Ring Support Hold
10 Power Clean + 10 Push Jerks (empty barbell)
5 Wall Balls (moderate to workout weight)
-Then-
Warm Up to Clean and Jerk weight with 1-2 Muscle Ups after each set.

1 Set (at workout pace)
3 Wall Balls (at workout weight)
1-2 Muscle Ups
2 Clean and Jerks (at workout weight)

Partner Workout

Teams of 3

This will get nasty quick! (Time)

For time:
Partner 1: Karen 150 Wall Balls (20/14) (10”/9”)
Partner 2: 30 Ring Muscle Ups (OR 60 Burpee Pull Ups)
Partner 3: Grace 30 Clean and Jerks (135/95)

*Partner cannot rotate until all 3 partners are done with each station.
**Each partner does each workout.
