2-position Clean & Jerk (4-4-3-3-3)
from the floor, bring barbell to mid-knee and perform a full squat clean; drop and reset, then perform a full squat clean, then split jerk

2 Position Clean (Above Knee + Floor) + 2 Jerk @ 65% 1 RM Clean and Jerk
2 Position Clean (Above Knee + Floor) + 2 Jerk @ 65% 1 RM Clean and Jerk
